Welcome Mum.
Put the kettle on and
stay a while

Food is rarely just about food.
You probably know quite a lot about nutrition already. The problem isn’t necessarily knowing what you should eat. It’s making it happen when you’re tired, feeding everyone else, dealing with sensory preferences, juggling work and children, or noticing that your brain and body simply don’t respond the way they used to.
Or perhaps you’re here for your child.
You’re wondering whether food could be playing a part in their mood, concentration, anxiety, sleep, digestion or energy, while also knowing that getting more variety into them isn’t as simple as putting broccoli on the plate.
This is where we start. By looking at what is going on for you or your child, what you’re already eating, and what might actually help.

My work
One With Nutrition is about reconnecting food with what it was always meant to do: nourish our bodies, support our brains and fit into the lives we actually live.
My work centres around three areas that have become particularly important to me: supporting children and families as they grow, helping mothers feel seen and held, and helping women prepare for the years leading into menopause.
There are different ways we can explore these areas together. You may prefer the shared experience of one of my small group programmes, or you may want to work with me individually through one to one support.
Nutrition support for children and their families.
GROW takes a broader look at your child’s nutrition and wellbeing, including brain health, mood, concentration, anxiety, sleep, gut health, sensory needs and eating behaviour, with practical changes that work for the child and the family.
GROW
HELD
Nutrition support for mothers who want to connect the dots.
HELD explores the relationship between nutrition, the neurodivergent brain, eating behaviour, hormones and the nervous system. It’s for mothers who are neurodivergent, recognise neurodivergent traits in themselves, or are simply wondering why their brain, energy or relationship with food doesn’t feel quite the way it used to.
PREPARE
Nutrition support for women in the years leading into menopause.
PREPARE looks at the changes that can begin during our late 30s and 40s, and how nutrition can support our brain, hormones, metabolic health and long-term health. Perimenopause isn’t something we need to wait for before thinking about our health, we can use the years before as a critical window to prepare and look after the health we’ll take with us into the decades ahead.
